Creating a game is one thing, but selling the idea of that game to millions is another skill altogether. That’s why Square Enix has its own CG movie studio, Visual Works – creators of the cinematics for the forthcoming Deus Ex: Mankind Divided for Eidos Montreal. It’s easier to build upwards than downwards. TWO SIMPLE STORYBOARDING Needles to say, even if you are not a storyboard artist just doing basic layout and shot planning will help a lot when trying to tackle them in 3D.
