SHORTLY BEFORE CHRISTMAS 2017, I FIRST HEARD OF THE AIR-FRYER: THIS NEW DEVICE THAT MAGICALLY DELIVERED DEEP-FRIED DELICIOUSNESS WITH NO OR VERY LITTLE OIL… I’m not a big appliance junkie and tend to pride myself on dodging trends by ignoring them until they pass. I distinctly remember it was just before Christmas, because that very year my husband gifted me with a chip fryer (judge not, people) because he adores a nice crisp chip. Choose one of the following methods that is best suited to the size of your air-fryer: 1 FOR BAKING We made everything from lasagne to banana bread in the air-fryer.
