It has been a year of undoubted success for Apple CEO Tim Cook. Not only has 2014 seen a host of product and service launches and unveilings - including the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, Apple Pay and Apple Watch - that have put the tech giant’s critics in their place, but Cook also saw his company hit $700 billion market capitalization and, on a personal note, came out as gay.
