Following the departure of Chris Reitz, head of Alfa Romeo styling up to January this year, the Fiat group has reorganised its design structure. Three design directors, each responsible for different brands, now answer to the Styling vice-president of Fiat Group Automobiles, Lorenzo Ramaciotti.
The direction of the Alfa Romeo, Lancia and Maserati brands is now in the hands of Marco Tencone (in the photo). Chief designer Alberto Di Lillo, who will answer directly to Tencone, has been made responsible for the Lancia brand. Roberto Giolito has been made head of the Fiat, Abarth and the international brands, a role that will see him heavily occupied in overseas projects, in synergies with the Chrysler group.
