A yacht is first and foremost a living space, an architectural design that has to balance umpteen demands for space, functionality, comfort, panoramic views, privacy, and seamless movement between areas. And as the yacht increases in size, these demands grow proportionately.
In the case of cars there is an upper, insurmountable limit when it comes to dimensions and a habitat made up of lanes, parking spaces and lock-ups.
