For years it felt like every “cool” apron was made with thick fabrics and leather straps and cut with linebackers’ proportions in mind. Almond and Raisin Agrodolce Place ¼ cup coarsely chopped golden raisins in a small bowl and pour ¼ cup white wine vinegar over (it should cover raisins completely). Let sit, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes so raisins can soften. Meanwhile, combine ⅓cup extra-virgin olive oil and ¼ cup coarsely chopped skin-on almonds in a small skillet.
