A recently posted video on the airline's Instagram account is a prime example of Caribbean pride and unity. The video shows elders in the parish of St Andrew in Grenada telling the story of and sharing the recipe for Oil Down, while their grandchild makes the dish. InterCaribbean recently helped fly a group of parents and carers to Providenciales so they could attend Project Inclusion TCI's second Annual Appreciation Brunch. The event, held at Solana's Restaurant, Ocean Club Resort, brought together children and youths with disabilities and special needs from around the Turks & Caicos, along with their family, carers and friends, under the theme ‘Together We Rise’.
