A chilling witness account has revealed that the men were targeted by gunmen after leaving the courthouse. The victim and his friend were targeted by armed criminals who fled with the vehicle Jody Rademeyer and his friend were at the beach between 1am and 2am on Tuesday when the incident occurred.
