Hello from the shore, We’ve had a pretty fun-filled time getting this to you. Entering our tenth year, we knew this year had to be full of entertaining surprises and we are working on creating some exciting content for you now and in the coming issues. Each of us is so passionate about travel and the Caribbean in particular, that it’s easy to be creative. We were inspired by the culinary escapades taking place in Anguilla, so this issue we share a new way of thinking about “island food” while on vacation.
