Puff pastry apple roses  Serves 6 Prep: 20 min Cook: 30 min ● 2 or 3 Pink Lady apples ● Juice of a lemon ● 1 sheet ready-roll puff pastry (thawed) ● 50g butter, melted ● 2tbsp cinnamon ● 3tbsp caster sugar ● Sprinkle of icing sugar 1 Slice the apples in half and remove the core while keeping the half apple intact.
