Edward Gallagher was found not guilty of first-degree murder of the teen and attempted murder of the girl and elderly man. Gallagher and his family rejoiced at the news. His wife said they were ‘finally vindicated’ after being ‘terrorised’ by the government that her husband had fought for. She described him as a righteous and noble individual.
