Crispy Parmesan salmon A simple way to jazz up salmon and keep it moist - delicious served with any green veg. SERVES 6 PREP TIME 10 MINS COOK TIME 15 MINS • 1 fennel bulb, finely sliced • 6 salmon fillets • 1½ tbsp chilli oil • 75g panko breadcrumbs, (available at supermarkets) • 100g Parmesan cheese, finely grated 1 Heat the oven to 200C/Gas 6. For a second time, jurors were unable to agree whether Quinton Tellis was guilty or innocent of the murder of Jessica Chambers. After 10 hours, half wanted to convict, while the other half wished to acquit Tellis, according to the defence team. It was a blow to Jessica Chambers’ family, who continue to push for justice for the much-missed teen.
