Cranking up the car stereo, my mate Sam sang her heart out. It was February 2023, and Sam, then 43, was bubbly, fun and loved old-school dance music. ‘It reminds me of the good old days, when I was younger,’ she smiled. Q I have had a dripping nose and itchy eyes for over two weeks. I thought it was a cold, but I now think it's hay fever. What can I do? Fiona, Wigan A As it's been going for a couple of weeks, it does sound like you might have hay fever. To manage symptoms, wear wrap-around sunglasses to protect your eyes from pollen.
