1 Preheat oven to 180C/Gas 5. 2 Whizz 4 slices wholemeal bread in a food processor to make breadcrumbs. Tip into a large bowl. 3 Tip 2 tins rinsed and drained kidney beans, and a tin each rinsed and drained butter beans and black-eyed beans, into processor. Pulse to a paste. 4 To breadcrumbs, add 4 finely diced spring onions, a big handful chopped parsley, 2 small deseeded, chopped red chillies, salt, pepper and pulsed beans.
