As Harvey menaced mockingly, capering at his side was guitarist Zal Cleminson, a rictus-grinning, mutely sinister, half-Pierrot, half-clown character you always suspected wasn’t quite right. Having worked with Nazareth, Fish and others since his SAHB pomp, Cleminson currently fronts metallic rockers/sin’dogs/yet is never averse to recalling his sensational SAHB 70s.
