The Morris Minor, the brilliant small car that helped drive Britain out of its postwar austerity, is an utterly charming, extremely useable, very affordable and easy-to-look-after classic. Practical too. Especially if it happens to be the Traveller version, a capacious, half-timbered, carry-all. And, with its quintessentially British aesthetic, the Traveller is, unquestionably, one of the most universally-recognised classics. It’s one of Derek Hatton’s favourites too.
