It’s a lovely day in the village, and you are a tiny, wellintentioned salesman. OK, we couldn’t resist: this is, after all, another Panic-published game that opens with an allotment, an overalled gardener, and a hose. In truth, however, Thank Goodness You’re Here has a personality that is all of its own.
The game is the work of Coal Supper, a two-man studio consisting of friends who’ve known each other since their schooldays in Barnsley, Yorkshire. The duo’s mission? To capture the things that made them laugh back then: Vic and Bob, Chicken Run, silly voices, none-too-subtle innuendos, and hyperlocal references.
