Create a festive sensory sentence using the figurative language listed. See (metaphor) Example: The snow was a sparkling white blanket covering the hillside. Materials Chickpeas (I like to use a 1kg as it makes enough to fill a sensory tray) Food Dye Vinegar or Water Zip Lock Bags Baking tray and baking paper Method - Pour chickpeas into 4 zip lock bag - Add one colour to each bag - Splash in vinegar or water to help spread food colouring - Seal bag and shake chickpeas until completely covered in food dye - Spread chick peas out onto baking tray - Put in oven on lowest temperature and leave in oven until chickpeas have dried out.
