WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNT ABOUT ARSENAL FROM LAST SEASON, AND WHAT DO THEY HAVE TO DO NOW TO PUSH FURTHER? Consistency is key. Chelsea found that throughout last season, and in the end they were by far the best team. That’s what we need to do this season. Not long after he arrived in Manchester, it was clear to Daley Blind there was no need to live in a luxurious mock-Tudor mansion in a leafy Cheshire village, like most players from the city’s Premier League clubs. Poor individual errors and not being clinical enough – they’re the two major areas where we weren’t good enough last season. We review every game and look at what we’ve done wrong. We know we’ve been individually poor in certain aspects of the game and we’re always trying to work on those things on the training pitch. WHAT ARE YOUR AIMS FOR THE NEW SEASON? We’ve got to get back to what we did the season before last.
