BACK TO BASICS THROUGHOUT history, storytelling has been at the heart of knowledge sharing, learning and evolving of cultures; written, drawn or told around campfires, stories are the glue that holds societies together. Our own story, made up of many experiences, contains precious treasures of our lives (both good and bad), that shape us and help us grow and develop, making us wiser and moulding us into who we are, to make better decisions in our days ahead. ‘Lessons learnt’, is a phrase often used in debriefs. They’re a powerful way to reflect and change behaviour to improve future outcomes.
