NINETIES REDUX Save for fluffy, brushed-up brows, this softly sculpted face with its brownish mauve lip feels like it could have been shot on film in the 90s. Make-up artist Anna Inglis Hall used a blending brush to apply Dior’s Rouge Dior Forever Liquid Sequin lipstick in shade Dreams, which has a hint of shimmer – slowly building up coverage and blurring the outline of the mouth.
