Xing Ya Art Design created the space based on the homeowner’s unique aesthetics. With the colour black being the main tone, and with a minimalist design, the villa exudes a carefree, modern, and stylish ambience. Named Xuan Bing, the villa’s name offers two layers of meaning: Xuan means black, profound and far-reaching, while Bing refers to flawless whiteness and frankness.
