In last month’s column I added some dissenting comments to my book review, in that same issue, of A Scheme of Heaven, by Alexander Boxer. I felt this was necessary due to his brief and one-sided treatment of the work of the late Michel Gauquelin. In adding a few notes and comments to that, I want to reiterate that in a sense Gauquelin’s work, was out of place in the book itself, which was mainly directed toward astrology’s contribution to our modern technologically driven world, coupled with its lack of proof for many of its basic elements.
