ACHIEVEMENTS Tenders out for effluent treatment plants in seven out of 10 cities along the Ganga responsible for 70 per cent of the pollution: Haridwar, Moradabad, Kanpur, Mathura, Allahabad, Varanasi, Patna, Bhagalpur, Kolkata and Howrah.
