Amid the clamour for a caste census, Opposition leaders are attacking Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s OBC credentials. On November 4, Janata Dal (United) national president Rajiv Ranjan alias Lalan Singh called Modi a fraud saying he is not an OBC.
