What you need: • Plain white sneakers • Toothpick • Sequins • Fabric glue What to do: STEP 1 Begin by decorating your shoes with fabric paint – tracing around the edges nice and slowly. STEP 2 Apply some glue to the back of the shoe – along the top of the rubber sole, then stick on the sequins (as pictured). GASSY GYMNAST I was really excited about my gymnastics lesson because we had a guest coach coming in to watch us practise and give us tips. The class was going really well and I was having fun until we had to do solo bar work.
