Welcome to Two Point County. This sickly sweet place has a wave of weird illnesses – which is where you come in. Two Point Hospital puts you in charge of wacky cures for odd ailments. How odd? There is a Jest Infection, which will turn people into clowns, and also Lightheadedness, where heads switch to lightbulbs. The Lightheadedness cure is even weirder. Unscrew the lightbulb head and replace it with a 3D-printed version of what the person (may have) looked like. PIGGY MOBS Minecraft’s deadliest destination is getting even deadlier. In the Nether, steer clear of Hoglins, the tusked terror of the new mobs. The hostile hogs don’t like players, or the other new mob; Piglins. The (literally) pig-headed Piglins hunt Hoglins, definitely love gold, and really hate you pinching from their chests. BiG BIOMES There are a few new biomes in the Nether Update. First, the forests. Netherwart Forest Blue is kinder to you, with food, base building and respawning options. To try and save this newest acorn, Scrat has to sniff out the four legendary Crystal Nuts.
