GOOD AS GOLD?
The Xbox Live Gold subscription is over. Microsoft has announced that it is killing the long-running service, and replacing it with Xbox Game Pass Core. It will cost the same amount at $79.95/year, and will give you the same access to online experiences, deals and even some games. However, it’s not the same. Instead of monthly games you can get for free, there will now be a single library of 25 titles you can access whenever you want. This will be updated two to three times a year.
