YESTERDAY I wrote that there are more than two sides to every story, conflict, misunderstanding and battle.
I tried to express that we are each complex, deep and multifaceted.
We are forever changing, learning (I hope) and revisioning our lives, re-evaluating our memories, and refocusing our efforts.
Shifts, minimal and radical, can motivate or even force a change in direction.
Marriages, births and deaths inspire or demand dramatic changes. A new house, a new job, the loss of a promotion or the loss of an opportunity can also bring change, wanted or unwanted.
All shifts influence how we see ourselves, how we see and treat others, how we see the world about us.
And, others are just as much in transition and change as we ourselves are.
