A 17-year-old boy is lucky to be alive after being resuscitated by emergency medical teams following a drowning incident at Umhlanga Beach yesterday. Britain has imposed visa restrictions on nationals from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) over the country’s “poor co-operation” on returning illegal migrants, the UK government said.
