Spiced Lamb, Feta and Mint Pizza

1 tblsp olive oil 1 small onion, finely chopped (100g) 2 cloves garlic, crushed 500g lamb mince 1 tblsp ground cumin 1 tblsp finely chopped fresh mint 2 tblsps pine nuts 300g (2-pack) round pizza bases ¹/ ³ cup tomato paste 2 cups grated pizza cheese 150g Greek feta, cut into 1cm pieces Dried chilli flakes, fresh mint leaves and lemon halves, to serve 1 Heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until soft.
