Pea, Feta and Pasta Frittata Serves 4, Prep and Cook: 45 mins 6 eggs 1 cup milk 1 cup grated parmesan (85g) 1 cup frozen peas 200g block feta, cut into 2cm pieces ½ cup chopped fresh mint 3 cups cooked spiral pasta Sliced ripe tomatoes with balsamic glaze, to serve 1 Whisk eggs, milk and parmesan in a large bowl until combined.
