Australia’s very own Tiger King, party boy property developer Sam Barnett, has revealed his new zoo is on course to open as soon as next month. The first animals at the private facility in far north WA will be two Sumatran tigers once owned by the original Tiger King, Joe Exotic. In August 1955, a 14-year-old African American boy named Emmett Till went into a Mississippi grocery store to buy a 2 cent stick of gum. The Chicago teenager was visiting the Southern state that summer, staying with his uncle Mose Wright in the town of Money. Piri Piri Chicken Bake Serves 4, Prep and Cook: 1 hour 8 chicken thigh cutlets, skin on (1.6kg) 2 tblsps piri piri barbecue seasoning 2 tsps olive oil ¹/³ cup chicken stock 750g chat potatoes, quartered 250g packet vine-ripened cherry tomatoes 1 red onion, thickly sliced 2 tblsps lemon juice Lemon wedges, to serve 1 Combine chicken and seasoning in a large bowl.
