Mexican Prawn Fajitas with Mango Salsa

500g raw peeled prawns (30) 2 tblsps fajita seasoning 2 tblsps olive oil 2 green capsicum, thinly sliced 1 onion, thinly sliced 10 mini flour tortillas, warmed Chipotle mayonnaise, shredded iceberg lettuce, sliced avocado and lime halves, to serve MANGO SALSA
2 small-medium mangoes (350g each), finely chopped 2 tomatoes, deseeded, finely chopped 1 long red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped 2 tblsps finely chopped fresh coriander 1 tblsp lime juice 1 To make salsa, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss to combine.
2 Place prawns, seasoning and half the oil in a large bowl. Toss to coat.
