There’s been several extravagant weddings, the excitement of royal baby arrivals and definitely the odd scandal or two! But none of that compares to the whirlwind of the past week. It started with the shock claims made by Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in their Oprah Winfrey sit-down and ended with the royals in crisis – and all while Prince Philip remains hospitalised. Beef and Black Bean Stir-Fry Serves 4, Prep and Cook: 20 mins 600g beef rump steak, trimmed, thinly sliced 500g packet tri-coloured capsicums, deseeded, thinly sliced 1 red onion, halved, thinly sliced 1 bunch bok choy, trimmed, chopped 160g sachet Beef & Black Bean Cooking Sauce 2 tblsps soy sauce Toasted sesame seeds and cooked white rice, to serve 1 Heat a large oiled wok over a high heat.
