3-Ingredient Coconut Creamed Microwave Rice Serves 4, Prep and Cook 20 mins ½ cup medium-grain white rice 1 cup coconut milk 1 tblsp maple syrup, plus extra to serve 1 Combine rice, coconut milk and maple syrup in a large microwave-safe bowl.
