Sweet Potato Pizza Splits Serves 6, Prep and Cook 1 hour 6 small sweet potatoes (250g each) 1 tblsp olive oil ¼ cup pizza sauce with garlic and herbs 60g button mushrooms, thinly sliced ½ green capsicum, finely chopped 50g sliced pepperoni, cut into thin strips ½ cup sliced kalamata black olives, drained 1 tsp dried oregano leaves 1½ cups grated pizza cheese 1 Place potatoes in a large roasting pan. Prick all over with a fork. Brush with oil. Season with salt and pepper. 2 Cook in a hot oven (200C) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until just tender when tested with the tip of a small, sharp knife. Thyme is perfect for adding to dishes that require long, slow cooking, such as casseroles, soups or slow-roasted lamb or beef – just add a few sprigs and the flavour will mellow as it cooks. Chris Dawson, a former Sydney school teacher, will face a murder trial after the disappearance of his wife, Lynette, nearly four decades ago. Lynette Dawson, the mother of two who vanished from Sydney’s Northern Beaches in January 1982, was the subject of a popular podcast, which has been removed from download due to the impending court proceedings. Her now 72-year-old husband, who played for the Newtown Jets rugby league team, was adamant she ran away and has since pleaded not guilty to her murder. Lynette has never been found.
