The daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne has battled ongoing drug and alcohol addiction issues throughout her life. Americana Salad Serves 6, Prep 30 mins 1 small red onion, thinly sliced into rings ¹/³ cup red wine vinegar 1 tblsp caster sugar 1 baby cos, trimmed, torn 3 cups (250g) shredded red cabbage 2 carrots, peeled, coarsely shredded 200g punnet medley tomatoes, halved ½ cup pimento stuffed olives, halved ½ x 230g bag white corn tortilla strips, broken into pieces 2 avocados, chopped DRESSING ½ cup olive oil 1 cup fresh coriander leaves 1 Combine onion, vinegar and sugar in a bowl. Rice, Quinoa and Chilli Jam Chicken Salad Serves 4, Prep 12 mins 250g packet microwaveable rice and quinoa blend 2 cups shredded roasted chicken meat (260g) 1 large Lebanese cucumber, halved lengthways, thinly sliced diagonally 200g punnet grape tomatoes, halved lengthways 1 cup coarsely chopped fresh coriander leaves and stems 180g packet mixed leaf baby leaves ½ cup roasted, unsalted peanuts ½ cup bottled Vietnamese salad dressing 2 tblsps chilli jam paste 1 Heat rice and quinoa blend according to packet directions. Transfer to a large bowl. Cool. 2 Add chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, coriander, salad leaves and peanuts to bowl. 3 Place dressing and chilli jam in a jug. Cher has sued the widow of her late ex-husband, Sonny Bono, over royalties to the songs created when the singer was part of the star duo Sonny & Cher. This includes hits such as ‘I Got You Babe’ and ‘The Beat Goes On’. Cher is claiming that Mary Bono, a trustee of the Bono  Collection Trust, has withheld royalties from her. The lawsuit states that Sonny and Cher agreed to share royalties from their music equally following their divorce in 1978, but Cher alleges that Mary is attempting to undo that agreement after she used “a wholly inapplicable statutory termination provision of the Copyright Act of 1976”.
