Frozen Choc-Banana Pops Makes 12, Prep 30 mins 3 large bananas 1 cup milk choc melts 2 tblsps hundreds and thousands 1 Cut each banana crossways into four pieces. Insert a wooden ice-cream stick halfway into each piece. Place on a tray lined with baking paper. Cover with foil. Freeze for about 2 hours, or until just frozen. 2 Melt chocolate in a large heatproof bowl sitting over a pan of simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove. Transfer to a small heatproof jug. Place hundreds and thousands in a small bowl. 3 Remove banana from freezer. Working with one at a time, half dip in melted chocolate. Dip immediately in sprinkles. Remove and discard stones. Place peaches in a single layer in a large roasting pan. 2 Combine juice and honey in a jug. Drizzle over fruit.
