Mariah Carey is being sued over her hit ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’. Along with co-writer Walter Afanasieff, Mariah has been named in a copyright infringement lawsuit, with the claimant, Andy Stone, seeking more than £16 million in damages. Stone alleges the festive favourite was taken from a song of the same name that he co-wrote in 1989 for his band, Vince Vance & the Valiants. He added that he never gave permission for it to be used. In court documents, Andy Stone claims Mariah, 53, and her collaborators “knowingly, wilfully, and intentionally engaged in a campaign” to infringe his copyright for the song.…

Breasts for me have always been a bit of an enigma. Probably because for most of my life I had none. Raspberry and Rhubarb Almond Crumble Serves 6, Prep and Cook 1 hour 400g rhubarb stalks, trimmed, cut into 3cm lengths 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored, chopped 2 cups frozen raspberries 2 tsps vanilla extract ½ cup caster sugar 1 tblsp cornflour Whipped cream, to serve ALMOND CRUMBLE ¾ cup plain flour ¹/ ³ cup caster sugar 75g unsalted butter, chopped ²/ ³ cup natural sliced almonds 1 Place rhubarb, pears, berries in a large ovenproof dish (10-cup capacity). Drizzle over vanilla. Sprinkle with sugar and cornflour. Toss to coat. Pineapple Teriyaki Fish Serves 4, Prep and Cook 30 mins 1 cup long-grain rice 400g broccoli, cut into small florets 600g skinless, boneless white fish fillets 4 green spring onions, thickly sliced 2 tsps sesame seeds, toasted SAUCE 1 tsp cornflour 227g can pineapple pieces in juice ¼ cup teriyaki sauce ½ tsp finely grated fresh ginger 1 Stir rice into 1½ cups water in a large saucepan. Bring to boil. Simmer, covered for 12 to 15 minutes. Remove. Stand, covered, for 5 minutes. 2 Meanwhile, make sauce by blending cornflour with ¼ cup water in a bowl until smooth. Apricot and Coconut Crumble Slices Serves 32, Prep and Cook 1 hour 2 cups plain flour ½ cup self-raising flour ½ cup desiccated coconut ¾ cup caster sugar 250g unsalted butter, melted FILLING 500g packet dried apricots, chopped 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice ½ cup caster sugar CRUMBLE 1 cup plain flour ²/ ³ cup desiccated coconut ²/ ³ cup firmly packed brown sugar 125g cold unsalted butter, finely chopped 1 Grease 2 x 18cm x 28cm rectangular slice pans. Line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above pan edges. 2 Place flours, coconut and sugar in a large bowl. Add butter. Stir until well combined.
