Tommy Dysart was a respected character actor with a celebrated 60-year career in TV, film and theatre. Chicken Pad Thai Serves 4, Prep and Cook 20 mins 200g packet pad Thai rice stick noodles 500g chicken mince 2 tsps vegetable oil 2 eggs, lightly beaten 200g sachet pad Thai stir-fry sauce 5 green spring onions, thinly sliced diagonally Fresh coriander leaves, sliced red chillies, bean sprouts and lime wedges, to serve 1 Cook noodles according to packet directions. Drain and cover to keep warm. 2 Heat a lightly oiled, large wok over a high heat. Add chicken in two batches. Stir-fry for about 4 minutes, or until just cooked. Remove. 3 Add oil to same hot wok.
