What’s in a name? While I like my name now, growing up I HATED that I was called Leigh. I always wished my parents had stuck to their guns and gone with their first choice (John). Easy Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Makes about12 cups, Prep and Cook 6 hours, 10 mins 2.5kg boneless pork shoulder, trimmed and rind removed (see Tip) 1 tblsp smoked paprika 1 tblsp ground cumin ½ cup chicken stock 1½ cups smoky (or hickory flavoured) barbecue sauce 2 tblsps Dijon mustard 1 Ensure netting and rind is removed from the pork shoulder. 2 Combine paprika and cumin in a small bowl.
