Pumpkin, Thyme and Caramelised Onion Pizza SERVES 4 PREP & COOK 30 MINS ■ 500g packet diced butternut pumpkin ■ 1 tsp dried thyme leaves ■ 2 x 27cm round pizza bases ■ 1 cup roasted red capsicum (150g), thickly sliced ■ 200g tub bocconcini, drained, torn ■ ½ cup caramelised onion ■ Baby rocket leaves, to serve 1 Heat an oiled, large frying pan over a medium heat. A lot of my patients are surprised to learn what doctors are looking for when we do a screening test. The procedure actually detects infection with human papillomavirus (HPV).
