Mediterranean Chicken Wraps MAKES 4 PREP 20 MINS ■ ½ cup roasted capsicum strips, drained ■ ½ cup pitted kalamata olives, halved lengthways ■ 200g packet (8) mountain bread natural wraps ■ ¹⁄³ cup basil pesto ■ 3 cups (400g) shredded roasted chicken ■ 8 thin slices provolone cheese (about 120g), halved ■ 1½ cups baby rocket 1 Place capsicum and olives on paper towel. Pat dry. 2 Stack two wraps together on a clean board. Spread 1 tblsp of the pesto over one-third of the short end of the top wrap. Choc Hazelnut Cheesecake Cones PREP & COOK 40 MINS MAKES 6 ■ 1¼ cups (200g) Milk Choc Melts ■ 1 cup (250ml) thickened cream ■ 1 tsp vegetable oil ■ ¹⁄³ cup (50g) roasted hazelnuts, finely chopped ■ 6 single-scoop vanilla-flavoured waffle cones ■ 250g cream cheese, chopped ■ 3 Ferrero Rocher chocolates, halved 1 Combine 1 cup of the Choc Melts and ½ cup of the cream in a heatproof bowl.
