SAMSUNG’S SMALL, SLIM, and speedy Series 3 Chromebook looks like a laptop, but it performs more like a tablet. It runs the Web-based Chrome operating system, so if you mostly surf the Web and create content, this tablet with an integrated keyboard may well suit your needs.
Our $250 review model came with a 1.7GHz Samsung Exynos 5 dual-core ARM processor, 2GB of memory, integrated graphics, and 16GB of hard drive space (though you get 100GB of cloud storage for two years).
