IF YOU’VE FALLEN hard for a superthin notebook, you’re probably running into the same issues I am. Mine has a beautiful display and great battery life, but it has just two USB ports—only one of which is USB 3.0—and it doesn’t have a hardwired ethernet port. This is a great year to buy a new laptop. They’ve never been thinner, lighter, more powerful, or less expensive. But before you buy one, ask yourself how you intend to use it.
