A book featuring enchanting images of African elephants has gone on sale to raise awareness of the plight of the endangered animals, and raise £50,000 for conservation projects.
The book, Saving Elephants, has been produced in cooperation with the Born Free foundation, and features black-and-white and toned fine art images by photographer Alwyn Coates. All profits from the sale of the book, which costs £65, will be donated to the Born Free Foundation’s ‘Saving Meru’s Giants’ project, an initiative to safeguard the future of the Kenyan elephant.
