What started as one of the first large-scale RCs in the owner’s fleet has now come full circle—after a ground-up rebuild turned a battle-worn Traxxas X-Maxx into a no-expense-spared custom project. Originally a 6S version, this X-Maxx racked up hundreds of hours of bashing during the height of Covid lockdowns. But after all that use, it was long overdue for a full refresh.
