Last year, Bremont, under the leadership of freshly minted CEO Davide Cerrato, ruffled plenty of feathers. The proudly British brand made its Watches and Wonders debut with fresh branding, a new strategy and a suite of new watches, with the fieldwatch-inspired Terra Nova being the star of the show. All up, this represents a lot of change for a famously slow-moving industry — one which can get worked up over a new bezel color — and the internet reacted, well, predictably.
