Sprinkle over 1 tablespoon of curry powder. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the fish and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Drain the fish and reserve the marinade. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the fish until brown on all sides. Stir in the cumin. Fry for another 10 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche and the remaining curry powder.
